胡燕娟,荷兰莱顿大学博士, 荷兰格罗宁根大学博士后,硕士生导师(高等教育方向)。主要从事跨文化科研教学、高校教师专业发展、大学生科研学习等领域的研究。前期采用问卷调查、访谈、叙事研究、现象学、自传民族志等一系列定量和定性研究方法,系统调查了中荷高校教师教学科研观念异同、中国学生参与国际化学习遭遇的典型困境和应对策略。

所著论文发表Higher Education, Instructional Science, Higher Education Research & Development, Innovations in Education and Teaching International, Studies in Continuing Education, Higher Education Policy,《比较教育研究》《江苏高教》《现代大学教育》等SSCI, CSSCI高水平期刊。多次赴欧美各地参加国际学术会议并做报告2012英国(SRHE)2013德国(EARLI)2014美国(AERA)2015匈牙利(ECER)2017丹麦(ECER)2018墨西哥(CIES)等。
